Hi! I visited here for the first time, they make you feel so welcome, their hospitality is top notch. Ashish did my haircut & was so sweet & gentle with my hair. He did exactly what i asked for. One of the things which i noticed is, the place smells so good, the energy of the place feel so positive. I got the haircut & hair wash in 900/- which is absolutely so good according to their service. Infact, Ayesha is so sweet, she asked me if I wanted to drink something literally 3-4 times within one hour. That's so sweet! I'm sure they've worked on their vastu & colour schemes so the client feels to come repeatedly. We'll literally visit again in coming weeks for something else.

While the actual hair services at Lookout Salon may be adequate, the waiting area experience leaves much to be desired. The waiting area is extremely small and cramped. During my visit, several customers had placed their personal bags on the few available sitting places, effectively blocking them from use. I was left standing, despite empty sofas being occupied by bags. Management should consider providing locker facilities for customers' belongings and implementing a policy against placing bags on seating areas. This simple change would ensure that all waiting customers have a place to sit. Until this basic customer comfort issue is addressed, I cannot recommend this salon for anyone who values a comfortable waiting experience.
