I have taken service to close the piercing of my mom's ears instead it ended up burning her left earlobe. Instead of owning the issue they gave me lame issues. We cooperated and just asked to fix the wound and piercing and ignore the burnt earlobe. It has been really pathetic service and no respect for customer time and concerns. The procedure that they suggested would be completed within a month took around two while the piercings of left ears were clearly visible from the back even after second round treatment Ultimately I decided to give up and just post this review for others to think twice before falling into this kind of service even after paying a handsome amount for such procedures.
