Excellent service by Lovey & her team. Courteous, prompt, friendly, warm, extremely patient & offering honest advice, especially by Lovey, a trait rarely seen in this time. You feel very welcome in this place. Parlour is very clean & maintained & following proper hygiene guidelines. Only the best, tried & tested products are used & no one is in a hurry to finish a job. Not only the service, but also the quality of work is commendable. Overall, a lovely & more than satisfactory experience. Definitely a go to place for all your beauty needs. I have been doing my hair color for the last 3 years and I can only say Lovey is up there with the colorists from the fancy hair salons. Her attention to detail, the patient consultation process and the artistic paintwork involved in the bayalage are truly appreciated! Yoh will definitely not be disappointed. Ensure you take an appointment prior especially if color and cut is involved so it also allows her time to prepare for the work involved

Very professional esp Lovie who is running the Saloon. They are all very good and I can vouch for their work. I have been visiting them whenever I am in Bombay. Pricey for some but if you want a professional job then nothing like paying the price

If ever there was someone called a dream hairdresser then it has to be the lady called Lovey Wu. And I say this for the following reasons: 1. She always gives you the comfort that she will get the result with your hair that you have come to her for...whether it is a haircut styling, Colour or whatever may be your need 2. She is extremely patient and never gets irritated when you ask her a thousand questions unlike some other hairdressers I've trusted my hair with 3. For the level of expertise and training she comes with, it makes her the most reasonable hairdresser on the planet 4. She is a genuinely beautiful soul 5. She goes out of her way that you leave her parlor a 100 fold happier than when you stepped in

I went to cut my hair for the first time..She told me her charges are 950 to which i was very suprised but agreed to do it.. Hair cut was ok as i just did the steps.. My global hair colour was nice..hair was well washed.. The thing i did not like was i had to wait from 12.45 to 4pm just for a haircut , bleach and global hair colour... It would be nice to attend to people faster and avoid talking to people while attending to clients. Too much waiting in between.. I suggest u habe ur food and be ready to wait and take an appointment..maybe it would help.
