We were two females who wanted to get our waxing done but they ended up hurting both of us. We went for normal honey wax, but before even starting, the professional asked me if I need more services like colouring, clean-up etc. Then started praising white chocolate wax (expensive one) over normal honey wax. However I understand that chocolate wax removes hair from roots but she was doing honey wax in a way that deliberately left so many hair undone on my skin. She wasn't even pressing the strip against my skin to remove my hair properly. Everything in a hurry, she was doing it at a speed of 3 strip offs in a second. Even after asking her to do it patiently and by pressing it firmly, she was hardly putting any force. Eventually I was embarrassed to point out so many undone hair left on my skin so I didn't say only but this quick and hushed service was very disappointing. She did white chocolate waxing on my underarms and after some time my right underarm started bleeding, she peeled off my sensitive skin.

The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. Sangita is the employee there I get all my services done by her she is amazing at her work .

The beauticians are very customer friendly and take care of the personal choices during service. Very professional and excellent service.

The 4star is just for the sweet lady who did my hair spa. She did a great job and gave some caring tips and tricks for my hair. They have all good and branded products but the salon was damn messy and unclean seems the owner was saving the helper's salary and making all the cleaning work done by the beauticians. That's the sad realty of salons..
