Mirror and Mime

I have always been visiting this place at the beginning the services were good recently when I went for waxing the waxing was done by a new staff member... However for hands she took 45 mins and still dint do a good job and also pealed my skin... Also mentioned to the receptionist the same but they just said ya we are aware and apologized... The services are just getting bad and slower.. Please do something about it. Or u will start loosing customers

Their nail services are pathetic. Inexperienced staff. The so called manager - Poonam - is so ill-spoken. They didn't know how to remove temporary nails and blamed it on the place where I got the nails done from. Very very pathetic behavior. Zero professionalism. The first staff ever to say "Don't come from next time" instead of accepting their mistake. They charged 820 for removals of nails that I got done for 700 from a well renowned place. Too egoistic to accept their mistake. Pathetic service would be an understatement for this place.

The salon is run by the management of Mirchi and mime, Madeira and mime. They employ some people who are hearing and speech impaired. My husband and I have availed several different services - haircuts, pedicures, hair spa etc. Everything has been brilliant. They have some fab offers going on too. You can become a member and get 20% off. M&M is brand new and all their equipment and products are top notch.

I actually loved the way "Stylist Vikas" does my hair & beard cut and d-tan was done with gentle and smooth. I recommend this salon and there prices are also affordable once again thank you vikas for making me look younger

They don't have experienced staff. Went for a hair root touch up which was not at all done properly. After the wash my hair were exactly the same like before and did not get coloured at all. Even after the wash they did not tell me that the colour has not been done properly and started doing the blow dry which is again they don't how to do such a basic thing, after the service was done I checked and Confronted. Manager conveniently said yeah it dint get done properly so will reapply the color. After wasting 2 hours of my time. Also the gel nail paint got off in just 3 days. They don't even accept their mistake which is more annoying. Total waste of time and money!

The facial service was below average for the price charged. No attention to detail and had to specifically ask for certain things during service which otherwise was ignored by the staff. Overall would not recommend for any service other than haircut

The staffs are so professional. I went there literally 40mins before to go to airport. They washed my hair then put spa treatment, plus massage and blow dry. I loved the style. Thanks to the lady and the gentleman who styled my hair, sorry i was in a rush and couldn't get their names. Will definitely go back again.

The salon is warm and cozy with good mood. I usually go there to get my head massage/spa done from Soni. She's gives the most relaxing and soothing massages. Highly recommend her massages/spa. Kavita is also good with nails. Both are really friendly and the entire staff is good at their job.
