Mrunali beauty parlour

Writing this review after having 3 bad experiences back to back and never going back to them. I feel most of the reviews given here are not genuine. 3rd class service as per the rate that they charge. Only one lady is trained, remaining ones don't know how to do pedicure or facial. I had to visit them because of some last minute events and had pathetic experience thrice. During pedicure she removed my skin while cleaning cuticles, next time I was promised that they are giving a trained staff but she also did the same thing. I could not wear the footwear i had to because of the pain. Same day they did the facial too, I took an expensive one so that atleast the product will be of good quality. The staff opened some random box from the trolley and used the product. When I asked her why are they not using the product from branded box, she said we fill these boxes with the same product which was a lie. As the quality of the cream used was not good and pack was Multani mitti mixed with gulab jal. She kept rubbing my cheeks till the time that cream vanished, she had no knowledge of facial strokes. Very disappointed as they charge similar to the salons in powai galleria but services are not even 1% same as to what we get at galleria.

Pathetic haircut done by one of the girls, I think her name was Mona. Charged the complete amount but ridiculous service. Don't know if they have hired experienced staff or kept them to do a trial on you. Never visit , they will ruin your hair.
