WORST AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I had recently visited this salon for getting my hair colored. The stylist assigned 'Atif' took a look at the reference image that I had got. He assured me with full confidence that he can achieve the desired look and also showed me a color palatte and said that this was the right color as per the reference shown. He kept assuring that this was the exact color and he knows what he is doing. Also,he over bleached and over straightened my hair causing a lot of hair fall and he also damaged by scalp in the process. Unfortunately the end result was completely different and nowhere near the reference image. When he was confronted he started blaming by saying that I chose the color and that color in the image is available only abroad and not in India. I had to pay an extra amount of money to fix the mess that this unprofessional created in the first place. The staff there is highly unprofessional and they show fake confidence to customers just to make money. This place is not worth the time or money.

ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND PATHETIC PLACE. The 5star reviews are all mostly fake considering the service these people provide. They claim and behave as if they are experienced professionals but in reality they dont know anything. They completely mess up your look and make it worse and charge more for fixing the mistake they created in the first place. Also,the products used are of substandard quality and overpriced for no reason. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE.

I got my botox hair treatment done here Everything about my experience here at New look,s salon was great The service given by Mr. Mukeem sir was just outstanding. During.the entire process, Mukeem sir explained every step and mande me feel confident about it these men genuinely care for you and your hair. Now my hair feels soft and so good. Loved my new hair. Absolutely worth it. Thank you So much New look,s salon & teams

WORST hair wash experience. Inexperienced staff, he was literally pulling out my hair to the point I have my scalp aching now even after 8 hours and don't ask about how much hair I lost during that. Literally doesn't know how to handle curly hair. Oh and yeah he BURNT me "4 TIMES" while drying and styling my hair with tools. I bet the 5 stars reviews are bought by you guys.
