Extremely Disappointed - Worst Keratin Treatment Experience I recently got a keratin treatment at this salon, paying a hefty 5000 INR. The experience was absolutely terrible, and I would highly recommend avoiding this place. I booked my appointment and was attended by a person named Poonam, who claimed to be a hair expert. To my shock, she started the keratin treatment without even washing my hair, which is standard procedure. When I asked about this, she denied the need for a wash. Her staff initially told me I had to wash my hair after 48 hours, but Poonam contradicted them and said it wasn't necessary. After researching online, I found that a wash is required after 48 hours, but Poonam insisted otherwise. She also promised that the keratin treatment would last for 3-4 months. However, just 24 hours later, my hair looked exactly the same as it did before the treatment--no difference at all! When I returned to address this, Poonam started charging me more money to "fix" the issue, even though it was her mistake. I ended up spending another 6000 INR in just two days, and my hair still looks exactly the same, if not worse. I am beyond frustrated with the unprofessionalism of Poonam and her salon. It's clear that they are more focused on making money than providing quality service. I don't know how someone with such poor skills is even allowed to run a salon. I strongly advise against going to this place. Save your money and your hair. This is by far the worst salon experience I've ever had.

Service prices are affordable. Staff behaviour is also okay. Just the service can be better. Like little more gentle with services like waxing. Otherwise it's a good option as per the prices.

The Poonam's Beauty Parlour is vry well maintained, neat and clean. Services they give is absolutely great and affordable. Staff is polite and amazing in their work. It is my go to and the best parlour in my locality.

Loved the atmosphere and the vibes of the place. My stylist, Mrs Poonam did an awesome job of explaining the haircut, giving me tips to style it and so on. The cut was amazing! Do recommend!!
