RECONNECT - A HOLISTIC SALON (0.2)

Visited ReConnect Salon for the first time today, and I've not only connected with the salon but also reconnected with myself thanks to the amazing results. I had a very specific choice of hair color, and Shilpa, along with her assistant Nisha, went above and beyond to achieve the dark cherry red balayage I desired. I absolutely loved the extra tips Shilpa shared on maintaining my hair, and the post-wash massage by Nisha was the cherry on top. I'm looking forward to becoming a ReConnect Loyalist in the future. Reconnect studio is my favourite place for a hair and head treatment. I got such a nice head and upper body part massage, that I felt like reborn Girls working there are very humble. The atmosphere is very soothing and healing. That's my place definitely

Great parlour. Gone there thrice so far. Very relaxing and peaceful ambience. I have done hair colouring, hair wash, hair spa & massage. The red hair colour is perfect! If you are not sure what to do, their suggestions will always suit you. They know what they are doing. Even massage was very good. Rates are reasonable too.

I went in for a curly haircut. 1) Haircut was shorter than I asked for which was very conveniently blamed on my curly hair shrinkage. 2) Faced the traditional salon stylists' expressions of ridicule/disgust for my hair - especially the grey that I CHOOSE to not dye. I know this could be a tactic used to sell more products and services but I do not think it is cool. Please do not make people feel insecure and inadequate for being human-like and not a doll. 3) The receptionist seemed unsure about the rates. No rate cards shared either. 4) I was expecting a better experience with how much I was charged (at least 150% more than branded salons). Mediocre products used. 5) I walked out of the salon with a greasy head of hair that was uneven and unsightly. 6) The young assistant hair stylist was pretty cool and often tried to pacify the situation. 7) Hair looked way better after I washed and styled. 8) No waiting times. Prompt service.

I was recommended this place by a friend. I had a lot of preconceived notions of how things would work out. Firstly I was facing a lot of issues with hair thinning and breakage due to this current situation and I just decided I need to get a hair cut. After my hair cut I feel good and felt like it was worth it. Shilpa also gives you a lot of hair hacks and tips to maintain your hair which is an added advantage. I can speak on behalf of those having curly hair ( considering I have curly Hair) - this place is a MUST TO GO.

I had visited Sringar Salon along with my sister for a hair cut & colour post covid lockdown.. Shilpa (also my school buddy) is a hairstylist & a hair healer gave me a super amazing makeover. She is extremely warm, helpful n always makes you feel at ease & comfortable. She has an eye for detail and works her magic on your hair with perfection. During such unprecedented times, when one is apprehensive to visit salons, this place ensures that all the safety measures are duly followed. Shilpa also suggested my sister many tips and hacks for maintaining her curly hair at home without using any expensive products or serums.. She patiently explained every detail in length. We would highly recommend people to visit her salon for an enduring & wonderful experience!!!

Shilpa is one of the best hair therapist/ healer i have come across... apart frm being a beautiful and a very soft spoken lady...she exactly knows wat her client needs and how to give it a best shot. Apart frm being an excellent tarot/ angel card reader...She excels in crystal therapy too for hair and its one of the best ways to remove negativities n stress. One must have immense trust on her n on her work...and the rest is taken care by her. I am one of her regular client.... i went for my haircut...hair spa n facial.... she and her associate bindu (if i am.not wrong with the name) really did a very good job. Shilpa exactly knows how much hair needs to get chopped...she will not waste your precious hair for the sake of chopping them off.... she knows wat style wud suit a particular person based on the features. Best part is...She is not atall money- minded and she will make sure that she resolves issues her client faces related to skin n hair and also life (for all the believers of healers). I can blindly trust her n and can anyday advice people to visit her salon.... you will love the positive aura she creates in the salon and its the most relaxing experiences one can enjoy.
