REFLEXION SALON

It was my very first visit to AJ's salon and I feel extremely delightful to state that it was an overwhelming experience. Staff was extremely polite and professional. Sanitation was upto the mark. I was assisted by Mr. Nagesh (senior hair dresser) for a haircut, he did an amazing job and tips/advice provided by him were really insightful. Would love to visit again, had a satisfactory experience!

Best salon, best services ....until the first 2-3 visits. Later on even if u have an appointment and u reach even 10-15 mins late they won't take your appointment because they have other clients. Btw this happened with me for the 3rd time. They ask you to take the membership but once u take it they take you for granted. This happened 3rd time with me today. The manager or owner idk who was at the desk but was courteous enough to refund me the membership money but that felt like an insult because he used some offensively sarcastic language to put me off, this is not a kind of treatment what a consumer expects from any salon. So I am fairly disappointed.

Had a great experience with Haircut and Hair Spa. So this is a go to Salon for me and my family for any hair related services from last few months now!! Hair Dresser Vikas has great hair cutting skills and is always at his best in his job. Would suggest everyone to visit this Salon!

I visited reflexion salon shimpoli for the first time and had my hair cut with shampoo and conditioner, the service is awesome and excellent. They have prompt, experienced staff to serve, also it's well equipped salon. The staff here is very helpful, they also guide you about what's best for you, along with providing knowledge about the same, while rendering their state of art best quality services. I strongly recommend that if you wish to really develop your personality, please visit this. It's really a wonderful place and worthwhile experience. Good luck and keep it up always.

Very disappointed... Misleading information given about services, once you book an appointment and go on the day to get services done they suddenly become lost, confused and clueless. Wasted my time, I was looking forward to get the services but all they do here is give false information, mislead and on the day come up with additional services to cover up ther mistakes. The staff says one thing and the manager says another. Manager just misleads by promising results and gets people to book appointment and on day of appointment you will get surprised to know that the manager herself is not sure. The staff at the reception says they will look into by speaking to the owners and def call back and sort the blunder but no calls recieved. Totally not a recommeneded place as they will trick you into paying extras...

Very professional staff.. extremely warm n cosy ambience..Had one of the most amazing Head n Neck Massages. they have some great offers running.. from time to time.. Highly recommended..Keep up the good work..Team Reflexion..

Awesome place. Technicians are professional and provides amazing service. Nagesh did my hair treatment while Poonam helped me with my skin treatment. Both of them provided amazing service. Best place for all salon needs. Staff is very helpful and polite.

Had a great time getting my hair wash and cut. With some helpfull tips regarding how should I treat my hair to maintain them on daily basis . The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Glad to find a salon that doesn't make you nervous but does what u need !
