Below average.Got boil on arm because the Rica wax was too hot...even after telling repeatedly they kept continuously doing the same ..not blowing the wax before putting it on skin. The hair became oily after spa..did have proper steam , didn't wash the hair again after applying spa cream...only after asking repeatedly she said..I have to wash myself the next day...Go at your own risk...Also, please check the products, I found the black hair dye cream of loreal from 2015...it must have been expired she was going to use the same... thankfully I checked and made her use new one. Not sure why Near by is promoting such options without quality checking the listings.

Came across this place on Nearbuy and ended up buying the coupon as the offer was tempting, but alas! That's about it. I only sat through this ordeal because I had prepaid for the service. On second thoughts, I feel I should have let go of the pre paid amount! I went there for hair colour and never in my life will I step in there. Reasons below A. It's not a salon, it's a home run parlour. Hair colour details below 1) No brand or no shade mentioned, despite asking multiple times. 2) It was to be a global hair colour, only coloured roots. 3) Application was harsh dabbing 4) Colour applied over face and not removed even after mentioning it multiple times. 5) Uncomfortable chair 6)Towel and apron used was unhygienic. 7) No proper seat to wash hair, hair was washed in her bathroom.... Which smelled of sewer 8) No idea of how to dry curly hair. Dabbed with towel and blow dried to some extent only. B.This wasn't even the worst part. Worst part was the utterly unprofessional behaviour of the owner. She commented at least thrice on my physique, which I don't think is related to hair colour. Commented on my ethnicity... i doubt she understands that and kept on talking nonsense stuff. I just wanted the ordeal to end and get home. Which is what I exactly did.

Please read the reviews and then plan a visit, which is highly not recommended. Recently I used the services but they were pathetic, I got rashes all over my body after their Rica wax. I informed the lady about this and asked me to use ice pack instead of accepting her mistake. Please don't use their services. Horrible treatment!

DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON. My mistake I did not read the reviews before visiting. Worst experience ever. The assistant did not know how to do cleanup and bleach properly. Bleach removed in just 5 min and no effect and burnt my hands(underarms to be precise). Owner did not know how to cut bangs and screwed my hair completely. Services not worth even 1 star rating. I have to visit another salon to repair the damage done by her. Waste of time and money. Forced me to give 5 star on Google or justdial and waited till I did it before completing the remaining services. All the good reviews/5star ratings are forced by her. Please read every bad review before visiting her salon.

It's horrible salon, the lady who owns this beauty parlour is extremely rude with zero sense and very unprofessional . I had a very very very bad experience so would never recommend anyone visiting this salon. The owner needs to learn some manners before talking to clients or customers you cannot command on your customers and ask them to shutp.I will make sure she learns a lesson sooon. The way she talks is very harsh as if we are taking free services. Also the services are ughhhhh bad horrible are small words. I just feel like thrashing her, disaster women.

Worst salon ever. Went for Smoothing or kertaine type she advised me to do mix of both. I was unaware of this whether this combination exists. It was guaranteed that smoothing willat least stay for 6 months and above it's just not even a month my hair is back to normal righ type. Iwhile doing this I even asked her which cream you are using she did not even show she said khatam hogaya dustbin me dal diya. I think she has used expired product and worst service given. Even the hair washing area is so unhygenic. Initially she said me about the cost that any length is 2000 rs but after she said the hair she manipulated and said iska toh 3000 hoga waht a fake lady. Free advise do not ever step in to this salon ever.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Will not recommend to others. Waste of money. I was charged for global and highlights but she only did highlights not global. The hair color was very bad. I had get it changed within a week. Salon is very unhygienic and unprofessional. I'm not even sure if the staff is trained at all. .

Worst palour ever. Went for waxing but no proper service. Nor did not clean my hands n legs after waxing. When said this is not done properly she ignored and did what she wanted. No proper behaviour of the owner. Never ever go to her even if she is the last palour left.
