Ritaul Unisex Salon

The worst service ever. They ripped my cuticles apart, I was bleeding, they didn't do anything even when I complained. The nail tech is very bad at her job and very impolite. So is the owner. The worst experience ever. Wouldn't recommend even my enemy to go there.

The staff is very rude & on top of that the level of service is very poor. I had to remove everything they had done to save my nails. Had I not gone to this absolute abysmal place, it would have at least saved me my peace. Absolutely disappointed. Will never go back. *DO NOT RECOMMEND*

I recently got my nails done from Anu. And trust me she's the best!! She's the only one who's doing my nails since last 3-4 years.. she's so humble love her work

Have been going there since the last 4-5 months but this time the staff was new. Got a regular haircut & beard trim but the very next day some sort of allergic reaction has happened on my neck. Maybe the blade used was old or the barber used the blade in the opposite direction, whatever caused it now I'm here with an allergy all over my neck. Strange because this has happened to me for the first time. Not a good experience

Very pathetic services and staff extremely unprofessional. The nail art girl didn't know shit about nail art and did such a bad job, despite me trying to get up and leave she didn't let me and had to pay full money. No shaping no texture, pathetic, it's a request never waste your hard earned money on this rubbish

As a guest of a nearby hotel, I enquired after a salon that would be able to provide a manicure service to my elderly Uncle. Our hotel recommended we visit Ritaul Salon, we were so glad that they did. The salon was spotlessly clean and we were fortunate enough to be greeted by the owner of the salon who was a delightful, charming as well as gracious host. The treatments were undertaken by an experienced technician who was a very capable and qualified individual. Cutting the nails of an elderly person is not easy, however, our technician was incredibly gentle and considerate of her clients needs. The job was done perfectly and efficiently with my Uncle very happy with the results. While we only experienced an excellent manicure, I would have no hesitation in recommending Ritaul Salon for all of the services which they offer.

Horrible hair cut by the hair dresser. Dint even feel like I had and hair cut. After trying telling couple of times I just gave up and walked out of there.

I had a hair cut over there it was excellent and staff so good..... Totally worthy place..
