Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend I decided to visit this salon for a haircut after reading several positive Google reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was completely the opposite, and I left feeling deeply disappointed and frustrated. I had clearly communicated that I did not want to lose the length of my hair. Despite this, the stylist (Michelle) confidently claimed she knew what she was doing and assured me that her experience and skills would deliver good results. Sadly, that was not the case. She didn't section my hair properly, and without much consideration, chopped off the front portion much shorter which I didn't not ask for. For someone who claims to be experienced, I expected a more thoughtful approach -- especially understanding how important it is to preserve length when a client specifically requests it. When I got home, both my mother and friends noticed the haircut right away and said it looked odd and unflattering. Their immediate reaction was, "Who did this?" -- which says it all. When I raised my concerns with her Michelle, instead of accepting feedback, she first argued, then casually told me, "My scissors are green, your hair will grow back," and offered to "fix" it. But how do you fix a haircut that's already been cut too short, especially in the front? I'm now left trying to manage and hide a haircut that I'm not at all happy with. This experience has been quite upsetting, and I would advise others to think twice before visiting, especially if you value your hair and expect your instructions to be respected.

Went to Salon Michelle for the first time along with my 5 year old daughter for hair wash and haircuts with blowouts. Lovely ambiance and well kept. All the girls were great at their job with a welcoming attitude. Met Michelle in person as well who gave me a lovely haircut keeping it easy maintenance and mom friendly for me. Reasonable prices too. Will return on my next visit here.

Had a wonderful experience at Salon Michelle. From the moment I entered till the end, I felt very comfortable and welcomed. Everyone there has a very warm and welcoming personality. Any other salon would just finish the work and let you go but Michelle guided me and told me how to improve the health of my hair and of course gave me the cutest cut. Absolutely thrilled with the service, efficiency and expertise at Salon Michelle. I went in for hair smoothening and hair color. Hair smoothening was done by Rinki and she really did a good job. I went in after a week for my hair color and Michelle understood my hair history and suggested what should be done. My hair was a lost case and no one would have dared to color it but Michelle took this as a challenge . She was updating her staff via video call constantly and made sure both me and her were happy with the results. She gave me individual attention, very rare to find such salon.
