I have stayed in this humble neighbourhood for a good 18+ years before moving onto a plush neighbourhood. Despite that I come back here for the smallest and biggest things. I trust Tahir bhaiya with my hair without questions. He is a frank and soft spoken person who has over a period of time- with his gentle handling explained the meaning of hair care to me. His haircuts are well-executed and well-finished jobs and at such affordable prices. He puts up with my last minute requests of difficult hairdos, blow dry at the nth hour at night because I have an international flight to catch!!! His team has even offered me help with make up when I lost my vanity case , en route to attending a reunion. Shape and shine is without doubt my go to salon, and also for so many women who need to get these beauty services at a reasonable price range. The staff here is exceptional, their warmth and personalised care is something very few places can match.

More than affordability, the hairstylist knows his craft. While I always get a fade, most hairstylists locally do not know how to layer my hair. He is not only professional in behaviour, but knows his craft as an expert. After changing multiple barbers, he has brought me peace of mind when I get a haircut. My love/hate relationship with getting a haircut has slowly been quelled.

The service was terrible. The hairstylist (the man) was rude and lacked the patience to discuss the hairstyle properly. I had asked for a layer cut, but he gave me a plain U cut instead and charged 300. He didn't even bother to set my hair after cutting it. Total waste of money. He seemed more focused on manipulating customers to buy their hair serum than doing a good job.

I visited the place several times. Staff is good and gives good suggestions whether it's about skin care or hair care.

Wonderful services. Noticed 1 thing the girl name ujala is so nice she do her work very well.i am sharing my personal experience. 1day i was doing my head massage suddenly 2-3 clients arrived but still she completed my head massage with proper schedule time.no hurry. Otherwise i have seen many parolurs if they have clients waiting they just try to complete their work just for the sake of doing. Thanks shape & Shine ...keep it work
