Shirin the technician is the best one, but the staff at reception has no proper scheduling. Always you have to come late and then still you have to wait for a long after having the appointment. Highly disappointed with this sort of service.

Got my facial and eyebrows threaded by Laxmi. She didn't follow my instructions while threading which resulted in really thin eyebrows. However, facial was great. The first floor infrastructure could be improved.
