Had been to Sysha Beauty Parlour couple of times for various services. A good, clean beauty parlour with an amazing service at affordable rates.. The weekly and monthly offers you get here are an added benefit to the customers.. Overall a great salon experience

I visited Sysha and had a great experience. Their massages after Mani & Pedi is so relaxing. Waxing also went smooth, overall good salon experience!! And moreover the people over there are very honest and good human. :)

I visited the parlour for the 1st tym to get my smoothening done, however at very first stage mamta the owner of parlour was very nice with me, but while doing the smoothening she was continuously complaining about the hair, like aapke baal sukh hi nhi rhe n all, she was so negligent while handling my hair that my hair section got rolled in her dryer from back side and then she cut those hair in between. she even made my sister her assistant to dry my hair who came along with me jst to accopany me. Still I said nothing. she took long 7 hours for smoothening that too I agreed, but post the hairwash I found out that some of hair sections are still wavy I noted it to her but she ignored. I also had this in mind that lets ignore that part and focus on good things and I said nothing. But soon after 1st hairwash my hair got wavy. Also one of her student burned my hair on iron. I confronted mamta for this over she said that its my falult and I have not taken good care of hair which is why hair are wavy. I dont understand how can she say this just after 1st hairwash. I visited her parlour to notify this and I asked for the refund except product charge. she even committed to refund the amount excepting the product charge by night. But till the next day's afternoon no refund was received. Again I messaged her for refund over which she said she never committed for refund and she will not refund at any cost. I do have recording of our conversation because I knew she will flip. My money she is not repaying and not even taking the responsibility. I dont want any of other customers get trapped in her parlour. Hence giving this long page review. I hope after reading this you guys will re think about visiting the parlour.
