They do a thorough consultation, explaining options and helping you choose the best colors and treatments. Their revolutionary services for curly hair are a game-changer, and I highly recommend them! My hair was done by Pradnya, and I'm absolutely loving my new look. She did an amazing job, and I left feeling completely satisfied. The staff is skilled, friendly, and attentive, making the experience even better. They even provide snacks and coffee during your visit, which is a lovely touch. Do note that the building's lift is not accessible, so plan accordingly. Tip: The salon is usually busy, so a prior appointment is recommended. Also, they often run offers in December, making it a great time to book your transformation.

The deep conditioning, styling service was good but I am really disappointed with the hair cut. I had mentioned to maintain the length of my hair but I felt like once the service was started my ask was completely neglected. The hair length which was shown to me which will be chopped is not even close to what I had in my final look. Please put the client's needs first. I have never had such short hair in the last 5 years. You can clearly notice the length in pictures. I went with a lot of expectations just to be disappointed. And it's not worth spending 4k+ amount. I will never recommend this place for a haircut. Extremely disappointed

I had an amazing experience at The Alchemic Beauty salon. I did a non bleach balayage with Pradnya. My hair cut is perfect, exactly the style I was looking for and the hair color is absolutely gorgeous. It looks so natural and vibrant. I just loved my final look and will definitely be coming back.

I was excited to try the first curly hair salon in Mumbai but was disappointed with the experience. Went for a global hair color, but the output is not what I hoped for. Also, my hair feel extremely rough to touch and stiff. My box dye of 700 Rs. gives better results than the Matrix colour (without Ammonia), which was used at the salon and was charged 7000. I would suggest them to explore more hair colours brands specifically for thin curly hair. Meanwhile I am going back to my "non curly" Salons and stylists ! I am giving 2 stars to the coffee I had in the Salon and it was good!

Akansha and Siddhi were my stylists, and they did an amazing job with my curly hair cut -- my first ever! I also got an Olaplex treatment, which left my hair feeling so healthy and vibrant. While waiting for my colour to develop, I even got my nails done -- such a thoughtful addition to the service! Plus, their adorable snack trolley was a delightful touch that made the experience even more enjoyable. The team is skilled, friendly, and attentive. I'm thrilled with my hair and the overall experience. Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for expert curly hair care.

I don't know where to start from .. My experience all in all was definitely a 11/10 it was amazing I'm out of words at this point. I cut my hair after 2 whole years and my Hair stylist was Jinal. She is a gem a true angel. Absolutely warm and welcoming. She didn't let me be nervous even for a second. Explained me about curls in general and then about my hair what precautions I should take etc. I love love love the haircut, 24 years of my life and this is the FIRST time i felt happy after a hair cut. She maintained my length and gave me exactly what I had asked for. Thankyou Alchemic beauty, a place where all can go blindly! Also, big shout out to Jinal, the haircut you gave me made me feel like a brand new person XOXO

This place is a total haven for curly hair! My first visit back in 2023 was amazing - finally a salon where they didn't push me to straighten my hair just to get rid of frizz. Growing up, figuring out my curls was such a pain, so this was a breath of fresh air. Loved Akanksha and the incredible job she did with my hair color. On my second visit, though, it felt like things could be a bit more organized. I really needed a color treatment but the best options were all booked up. It felt like maybe a little more training or accountability could help given the treatments are expensive. But overall, still a great experience.

I did a no bleach balayage with Jinal. I loved my final look. Jinal did an amazing job, she was sweet and polite and explained every step of what she was doing during the whole process. She also gave some product recommendations for my hair. I interacted with other hair stylists at the salon and they were all very sweet and helpful. I highly recommend this salon for all.
