I had problems in booking online (my fault) but when I reached the saloon they were so kind and found me a free slot The nails were done 2 weeks ago and they still perfect! Very precise french! I totally recommend!!

Got a same-day appointment and had a great experience! My nail designer, Samrat, did a fantastic job applying gel polish to my natural nails. The atmosphere was lovely, and communication in English was good. Would definitely come back!

I recently visited SoBo for nail art and extensions, and it was my first time getting this done. I must say, it was an incredible experience! The technicians were all highly professional and efficient, making sure every detail was perfect. My nails turned out beautifully, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Let me begin my giving details of how bad the experience was! The worst nail salon you can go to in Powai for extensions. Firstly the guy took 3.5 hours to do my hand extensions and feet polish, started at 6 and I left at 9.30 pm. The work done was so horrible the acrylic was so thick and had no finishing, after asking him to correct it he just buffed and said 'madam aisa hi dikhta hai, woh top coat andar ke taraf flow hua hai' Secondly the nails are so crooked and risen that everyone around me is asking me what the issue is! Please refer the pictures below, I gwt nails done regularly and I know how nails looks when done on shorter nails. Please save your money and go to some other place!

I visited the Sobo nail art studio for the first time yesterday for an appointment at 4pm with 3 other friends of mine. The receptionist and team were very welcoming. However, I did not have a good experience with the attendant / employee who did my nails. He was uncooperative and unfriendly and didn't seem interested in doing his best to replicate the image of the nail art I showed him on my phone, although before the session started we specifically asked and confirmed if the image could be replicated. Eventually my friends and I stepped in to help search for the right colour from the nail palette. He also used a strict and annoyed tone of voice while giving me instructions through the process, was openly critical about the dryness of my skin (which was almost rude). When I asked him to adjust the shade of the nail polish a little to match the image, he said - we don't have that colour and it would be too dark. Overall the work he did was satisfactory, but the attitude and behaviour was very unpleasant and disappointing.

The service and help from Papay was great! I didnt know what exactly I wanted when went in and he suggested this design and did an amazing job on it! 100% recommed!

My favourite nail salon had an amazing experience. The salon manager was so warm . Nail artist Tapas has done his job perfectly. I had done gel extensions, he has done both hand and feet polish. Overall amazing experience
