VMAT Professional Salon & Spa

This is for Vmat Salon, Vikhroli east branch. I have to write this review here as that useless branch doesn't even have a google page, mostly because they know they will be bashed at the review section! The most pathetic salon ever! They literally ruined my husband's hair right before his important meeting! Made his back hair witj a bald spot that he doesn't have, cut it unevenly from the back side. They are the worst and should be shut for hair services! If they call this a haircut, I really don't know what kind of reputation they are trying to build for themselves

The guy who did my haircut was completely professional and friendly. New my requirements very well as I had to go for a party that evening Specialised in all kinds of haircut and it's a unisex salon The environment was quite good and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

I have been visiting VMAT from almost a year now, and I must say it is a really good salon that offers ample amount of services at decent charges. Their staff is trained, talented and very good at what they do. I am often attended by 2 stylists - Guddu and Glancy. They're both really good at their job. I will definitely recommend this salon!

Worst service I received in vmat salon. The shop owner doesn't have etiquette, how to talk with customers. The price is very costly I suggest you don't use this parlor. Also after doing waxing I got an allergy (complete red) on full hands and legs. I thought they used an expired product because they didn't show us which product they used before applying on skin. Even I asked them to please show me the products and they didn't show me the products. Exorbitant pricing. Too high without any logic. Service and prices charged have no correlation. Too high for the kind of services provided. Please check with saloon of prices in advance as they don't share the rate card and each service is priced too high and they don't have any answer against why such prices are charged

MAKE UR STAFF LEARN HOW TO "TREAT" CUSTOMER. Very unprofessional staff. Keeps pointing out regarding your tanned skin, dandruff, blackheads........without releasing that it would affect someone mentally. On my sister's recent visit to Vmat Vega Vikhroli West (400079), she was treated very badly by constantly remarking on her physical appearance due to which she started crying after coming home. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. As a service industry it is ur duty to make customer's feel relaxed and why the hell anyone would go to Parlour if they are PERFECT. Kindly charge some more money ( which is already high) to train and groom ur staff so that some other customer after visiting your salon doesn't feel conscious about themselves and CRY.

The staff doesn't have etiquette, how to talk with customers and no face expression etc..they are leaving in another world and thinking that they are the best but worst service ..I would not recommend any one...pls find out best salons near by Rcity or Vikhroli with very reasonable price...

Ive been visiting Vmat for over 4 years now with Prathamesh as my stylist. He is really good at what he does and incorporates all your feedback. I went to him originally when I wanted to try something new and the outcome was just fantastic. Never have I been upset with my haircut and he is just my go to now. Highly recommend him! Overall I think the salon ambience is pretty nice and worth a visit.
