Akshata did very good hair cut & she is master in eye brows very happy with service staff also very nice will recommend to visit Dadar East branch & do any service from Akshata she is all rounder

I had an awful experience 4 months ago at this salon and won't be going back. The lady manager pressured me into getting a cleanup, even though I was in a hurry to catch a train. She assured me it would be quick, but the whole process took longer than expected. I was shocked to be charged 1060 rupees when the advertised price was only 499 rupees, and even with the receipt, the price discrepancy wasn't addressed. To top it off, my skin actually looked worse afterward. The staff showed no respect for my time and seemed solely focused on making money, with no regard for customer service. I'm giving one star solely because of the facial massage therapist at the end, who was truly skilled. She was from Maharashtra and shared some valuable skincare tips with me, which I appreciated.

The amount which was committed by the manager denied during the time of payment and charged 500 extra. Also, during facial the manager interrupted several times. They were selling hair product was 10% higher than the market value. They were intimated well in advance (4 days) for the service but the facial machine was put on charging which delayed by another 15 minutes. Overall, they delayed the bridal treatment by 2 hours. The overall experience felt pathetic.

I am giving one star because The only good part was the lady who gave me facial massage and the end , she was a really good one , she was from maharastra also and gave me most of the valuable tips to make my skin better.

Purnima did very good service very nice staff and salon environment is customer friendly I did facial and Botox treatment satisfied with both services will recommend to everyone to visit salon dadar branch

I had luminous peel facial last week. By staff Name Akshata Very bad experience. No results.they charged me 4023 amount. I had many facials . But never complained from any salon. This is was my first visit to vmat salon but im totally disappointed. Very bad But im happy with there honest staff heena ji
