The staff is really friendly and nice. Bobby and Nikhil are really caring and ensure that the customer is at ease and comfortable while getting the services.

I waited over an hour past my appointment time and even after my turn they chopped very badly way. Disappointed

I went there for hair style for the first time..I told the lady to don't cut my hair length...just trim it to look it a fuller but she chopped my hair length and did opposite. ..charges are also high...very pathetic service. .please don't go there. ...

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Ruined my hair before an event even showed the staff some reference pics and told him what I wanted but he always acted unbothered he was so unprofessional and had zero costumer values best salon in Nagpur my ASS this place absolutely suck and definitely not worth the buck never coming back here again

Very bad service...staff is also very rude.They ruined my eyebrows saying you have the straight hair growth.When I showed them my old picture with good threading they kept mum and repeatedly saying...your eyebrows are like this only.Very bad experience.

Alex is the best salon in this area. Also the staff is very professional and experienced. Truly appreciated their service.
