Capello Salon Empress Mall

Went there at 11 in the morning no food stalls available, only reliance smart available. It's not even a mall just a complex with some local clothing shop , a pvr , Mufti & trends . Not recommendable & low borderline mall

We visited your outlet at Empress mall, Nagpur. We (me and my friend) availed the service of hair spa. But they charged different prices for the same service. My friend paid 1200 whereas I had to pay 2200 for the same service. This particular thing is beyond my understanding. Need clarification from your side.

The place is unkept. There is no ventilation. Smells. They told me a service will coste 1200. Took 1300 at the end. The service was extremely poor. People are unprofessional. There is no rate card menu. I wud NOT recommend this place.

One of the best option in Nagpur. Staff are very polite and professional. Good Quality service provide. I did smoothing and keratin treatment from one of the old staff of Capello name Aryan. He did really a good work with my hair. Also gave a proper instruction and a knowledge about maintaining it. Thanks Aryan and Capello will always take service from you.

Had good experience there for hair wash and haircut done by Isha that too at great offer Will definitely recommend people
