I got haircut and hair colour in ombre and it was absolutely gorgeous The staff is well-trained and listens to every problem and addresses it!!! Loving my hair!!!! They also gave my hair a good conditioning while wash to restore the shine and texture in my hair. I highly recommend the salon

I had a really disappointing experience. Today, I visited this place, and they don't seem concerned about cleanliness. The hair-washing area was full of spider webs, and despite charging five-star fees, they rely on fans that are clogged with dust. There was also an issue with card payment and staff behavior. When I first entered, I asked about paying by card and confirmed it with the main person in the salon while discussing the charges. He assured me that card payment was possible. However, when it was time to pay, the same person demanded an additional 2% fee for card payment, claiming that the MDR (Merchant Discount Rate) would be deducted from them. They should understand that MDR applies to every shop in India that accepts card payments. If they intend to charge extra for card payments, they should inform customers upfront, especially since other standard shops accept card payments without additional fees. I will try to avoid visiting again and do not recommend this place at all.
