Absolutely loved my experience at Koz'm! The staff were welcoming and professional, and the ambiance was clean and relaxing. I went in for hair color and pedicure, and both services exceeded my expectations. The stylist kunal really understood what I wanted and gave me a fresh look. And rajshree I'll definitely be returning and would highly recommend it.

Very disappointing experience - not recommended! I had a terrible experience at the KOZM Saloon in Manish Nagar. Honestly, starting this saloon seems like a flop idea considering how unprofessional the staff is. I clearly told them not to cut my hair too short, but they completely ignored my instructions and went ahead with the haircut as per their own choice. They didn't even try to understand what I, as a customer, wanted. The behavior of the staff was extremely rude and careless. They lacked basic communication and customer service skills. On top of that, they initially told me the price would be 200, but later changed the price without any explanation, which felt dishonest and unprofessional. Overall, I'm highly disappointed with their service and behavior. Giving them one star only because there's no option for zero stars. Not at all worth the time or money. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

One of the best saloon in manish nagar and narendra nagar. times better than capello, Habib aa well lakme we will never disappoint here all staff is well manner polite by nature and to friendly i always us to with Expert Mayur, Atharva, and rajshree pooja. I am full satisfied with those all. Happy to say.. I am here permanent
