Average service. Advice - please share service rate before offering any service like head massage for Rs 600 in which service is not upto mark. Hair color found on shirt collar which is not acceptable as we are at premium salon for premium service. Looking at service level, rate are really on higher side. Naturals salon far better in service than Lakme & rate are also on lower side in naturals. Hair washing place is not in good condition. Overall experience is like in local salon with service rate of premium salon. Not recommended.

All the services are very good. Especially the hair cut, it was cut by Abhijeet and exactly as I imagined. Sangeeta did the waxing which was a great experience.The staff is very polite and caring.

Opted for good bye tan facial today - worst experience. Extremely outdated services with overpriced rate card. They do not have a proper skin care setup/rooms, they do facials on regular hair services chair like any regular saloon. Additionally, the person doing facial was not trained enough. He kept needing guidance. Would never visit this place again.

Amazing service and fabulous haircuts and hairwash. This hairdresser named Abhishek does such a GREAT job. Never had my hair looking better than this. Will be visiting soon again.

Today was the first time I have visited Lackme Salon @Sadar and my experience was fabulous and fantastic The ambience of the salon & the staff members are very humble & polite. Miss. Laxmi assisted me today with facial & eyebrows. I really appreciate the work that she's doing & I felt relaxed & peaceful the way she massaged & the way she respects the client and how the client likes or dislikes things.. she makes comfortable with her sweet talk & kind heart Thanks a lot Laxmi & Team lackme salon for such a wonderful & kind gesture that made my day! This was my first time at a Lakme salon..and the experience was just awesome, service was top notch and needless to mention the haircut was better than what I expected...my stylist was priyanshu and after this visit, I'll surely be eyeing on him for my next haircuts

Sangeeta aunty is an expert for the eyebrows, I highly recommend her to anyone thinking to get their eyebrows done as she makes sure to do it with precision and pays attention to detail and I've gotten a lot of compliments after that.

Had a great experience with Sangeeta . She is very polite and sincere with her work. Abhijeet and Pankaj did my hair spa and hair cut. I am fully satisfied with my hair treatment. Will recommend to visit this salon
