It was a pleasure to work with Vaishnavi Kamble as a student model at Lakme Academy, Dharampeth. She displayed professionalism, patience, and a cooperative attitude throughout the session, which greatly supported the learning process. I would also like to commend the instructor for their excellent guidance and well-structured training approach. The session was both educational and well-executed, contributing significantly to a valuable hands-on experience. ---

Booked an appointment for gel nail polish. The room they took me in liked meagre. Nothing on display to suggest they do this routinely. There was a small try with few things lying on the table. They did not soak my nails to remove the previous gel nail polish. The girl filed it. I had a row of stones placed on the ring finger. Cost Rs. 1600! Now , after coming home I discovered one nail had matted, no gloss and the number is stones were different on each hand and weren't place straight either. Had to go 2 days later, as the nail girl was on urgent chutti the next day. The manager was polite, apologetic but my time was wasted in visiting the salon twice and it was badly done. My nails are spoilt as they filed them down thin! Very unprofessional staff . Stay away. There's no one getting anything done. It's always empty. I've got pics of the place, does it look that they really provide the said service professionally. One star.

Hair cut and clean up was done really nice and got perfect service from the salon. Will visit again for next skincare for sure.

I am seriously disappointed with the service of manicure and pedicure...... I did the coffee mani-pedi... They didn't even scrub the feet also... They have a reasoning.. that mam you have a dry skin .... And the cracks are because of that only ....... You apply moisturizer the cracks will be removed.... Very disappointed with the service...

I had an incredibly enjoyable and relaxing experience. The staff were very welcoming, and their attention to detail really stood out. I went for the chocolate pedicure, which lasted a luxurious 45 minutes, and it was a treat from start to finish. (It also includes a massage). Will revisit for a manicure and a haircut. Highly recommend!
