We recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with a makeup artist that I feel compelled to share, despite their threats to silence us. We had booked their services well in advance for my sister's wedding, a day that is obviously incredibly important and stressful on its own. However, just 10 days before the wedding, the makeup artist cancelled the order with no valid reason. What made the situation even worse was the threatening tone they used when my sister expressed her frustration. They explicitly warned her not to share her experience publicly, particularly on forums like Google Reviews. This level of unprofessionalism and intimidation is unacceptable, especially in an industry that relies so heavily on trust and reputation. A makeup artist's role is to provide a sense of calm and confidence to their clients, especially on such significant occasions. Instead, she was left scrambling to find a last-minute replacement and dealing with unnecessary stress. We would caution anyone considering this *Meow makeup artist to think twice before booking their services. Trust* and reliability are key, and unfortunately, this artist demonstrated neither.

We hired Meow MUA for bridal makeup and confirmed the booking well in advance. However, just a few days before the wedding, they cancelled the booking from their end, stating they got a client who is paying them more than our agreed amount. This last-minute cancellation has left us in a difficult position, scrambling to find another makeup artist on such short notice. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. I would not recommend meow makeup artistry to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.
