Need to focus on customer service. I had bad experience...staff was very rude...as if he is in hurry....was not at all interested in cutting my hairs. Haircut done is below average. On what basis Google showing 4.5 star. It's a totally waste of money.

First of all there prices are day by day increasing also when asked for haircut they are like need to wash it already they were washed also when asked we want this much hair they are like it doesn't look good on a girl

This is a fairly good saloon in Nagpur. The services are not so great. They do t offer water to their customers. Equipments are not so advanced and the facial service is given on a chair that is absolutely uncomfortable and stressful
