Nicely done interior with trained staff. Services could be better. Updated chairs/ massage chairs for extra comfort, one at the hairwash section was the best one. You ask for honey wax, they will force you to go for rica wax which you're unsure if it willsuit the first timers! It raises the bill!! Also, charged 100 bucks extra for a service I did not avail, maybe for the 'complimentary' coffee they offer when u spend almost an entire day there. No response when pinned on whataapp.

I got my nails done from Ms.Saima for the second time and they came out so pretty. She is great at what she does.

BAD EXPERIENCE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. Service is not at all professional. Wanted to get a French manicure but could've done it better myself. Staff tried to convince me that unless I get gel nails done with extentions the results are bound to be poor.. Extremely unsatisfactory results for 700 rupees manicure. Would give less than 1 star if that was possible.

Excellent Services ..be it simply a haircut or head massage, pedicure, manicure or spa .. they do it very professionally. Highly recommended

Went there to get gel nail paint and hair treatment and my experience has been really bad. I asked them for shorter nails as I like it that way. Big Mistake! They filed my nails so much that now I have sore fingers and crooked nails. The redness under my nails is because of this aswell. The hair treatment experience was also very bad (especially with their so called senior stylist). Had to get the hair colour done twice because he couldn't do it properly in the first attempt. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. It's pricey and just not worth it.

I took butox treatment in this salon but after that my hair broke and got burnt. When I went to the salon with a complaint, the owner of the salon, Priyanka Bavane, refused to accept the complaint and started talking rudely. She did not admit her mistake. I am going to file a case against her and take her to court.

Okay so I recently visited this salon for my friends hair cut And the service provided is excellent You will love the ambiance And the dressers are very kind, listens to your expectation.. and actually transform us the way we really want it. Management staff was very helpful. Do visit. M looking forward for my haircut too.
