From a Loyal Customer to a Heartbroken One - Terrible Hair Botox Experience I've been to this salon before for haircuts (about two years ago), and those experiences were quite good, which is why I trusted them again for a hair botox treatment. Unfortunately, this visit turned out to be traumatic and deeply disappointing. The treatment lasted over three hours, during which my hair was pulled so harshly that I was crying in pain. I requested several times for them to be gentler, but my discomfort was completely ignored. It felt like they were more focused on finishing the procedure quickly than treating my hair or me with care. What's worse is the massive hair breakage I experienced during the process--chunks of healthy hair breaking off right in front of my eyes. My hair, which was previously thick, silky, and healthy, is now dry and prone to breakage. They didn't even straighten it properly, later blaming the poor result on my hair being "too thick." The *manager's attitude was incredibly unprofessional and insensitive* . While I was visibly upset and crying, she repeatedly blamed me for the breakage. When I returned a shampoo they recommended, she made a rude comment about my "budget," even though I never discussed any financial limits with her. I was willing to spend whatever it took--my only concern was keeping my hair healthy. The only person who showed any empathy during the whole experience was Kartik, who offered a kind and much-needed head massage. I genuinely appreciate his kindness. This visit left me emotionally and physically drained. I never expected this kind of treatment from a place I used to trust. Sadly, I will never return, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking any treatments here.

Had got a Haircut done long with Global colour and highlights, results were really good! But the best part was the team and their service, excellent consultation by Ms. Pooja, she's truly dedicated to her work and has good knowledge about everything. She suggested the perfect shade for colour depending on my skin and hair texture, making sure the process was done smoothly and correctly. Even though it's not a very fancy parlour but they truly know what they are doing and have good product knowledge.

Trends has been my go to salon from past 5 years. I love how they listen to your asks and bring that vision to reality. Its was amazing experience. This time I went for haircut and balayage. The shade 'Hazelnut Brown' was perfectly executed. The staff is very polite and professional. I recommend highly to go and experience it yourself
