All the staff members are very good. Shruti Ma'am is my dietician, and she provides me with a proper and personalized diet plan. Along with her, I also receive continuous support and guidance from Garima Ma'am and Anju Ma'am, which I truly appreciate. The entire staff is very cooperative and attentive. Moreover, they maintain a high level of hygiene, which is commendable.

I booked 10 kgs package and in below screenshot it's clearly showing validity till 2100. I took the package in November 24. I got married in December 24, due to which I wasn't able to attend sessions. Now Garima and shruti at Gokulpeth, Nagpur Center wanted me to renew the package with some minimum amount or u should take the chin gel which isn't needed for me. Today when I went to take sessions from around 16 km away they told me just to have appliance session. I spend 1000 rs per day to travel to vlcc and back home. Is this a good behaviour ????? Many of my sessions are remaining. Whenever I ask them of lipolaser they always deny and say it's an advance procedure. I even bought shitty vlcc products which caused upset stomach. I want total refund of 22k as i didnt took much sessions.
