The salon doesnt even take calls for prior booking Says it opens at 10 am s9 9 reached in person. but no one turned up till 1015. When asked if the stylist was available in was told that I will have to wait for another 30 minutes!! Very unprofessional.

Can't say about the others. Been trying to call this salon for booking . No one picks the call! They say they open at 10. But there is big lock!. Professionalism missing

Best ever place for beauty services.. The services and ambience is very beautiful and relaxing.. I had a good Manicure and Pedicure here. Suwarna and Swati are the best beauticians that I can get in all over nagpur.. I am very happy as my hands are not looking dry for my engagement.. Thanks Lakme.. They also gave free massage and relaxing foot therapy to my friend because she came with me and was sitting idioly..

I did bail art from here, and it started chipping the next day, even the normal nail paints stay longer than paying this price and getting disappointed

Hello Lakme. I m so sry to say this , I m visit salon, I did not expect they done 2 Times Brazilian wax on my arms then, I told to do the threading because 3rd time is not possible to do Brazilian wax to apply my arms after threading also my arms is not clear such a big hair , I found. She done my eyebrows very well. Salon is very clean but staff don't know how to maintain the noise inside the salon because customer coming to the relaxation also sometimes inside the salon. Thank you so much and I m so sry as a customer we expect Lakme saloon have one international standard.

Went to the Lakme salon in Manish Nagar, Nagpur .. the service I would wad immaculate.. the polite staff with great knowledge of products and services.. I did a quick wash and blow-dry by Parag... amazing person he took care of me and gave me good suggestions on haircare.. My mom did a fancy aroma pedicure and I bet she got the royal service all thanks to Swati... she was very polite and passionate about her work.. she made sure that the service I'd to the point A++++.. Definitely visiting again.. mostly mums go to place now all thanks to Swati and Parag.
