Worst experience in my life.They dont have even basic knowlege of different hair textures and strands. They ruined my hair completely. Chopped off a great length of my hair inspite of I didn't want to. Not proffessional at all. Am going to regret my decision for next 4-5 hair untill my hair recovers the damage done by them.

Very poor service she told me the offer going on keratin in which ill get keratin treatment, product and spa but when I went for spa She refused to give and made it chargeable. Also I did keratin bt there was no result on my hairs Instend of giving the good service she made excuses.
