Bad services no go any one reception staff and all staff very bad

Fantastic taste and good service

Spa is little congested with small rooms and no bathroom attached. But the therapist and staff are quite impressive on there job. I have not expected such a stress releasing and perfect therapy from a spa in Nashik. Highly recommended by me

The therapy was good but the room was bad. It was the staff room where they had kept their belongings and extra stuff. Unprofessional reception girl. When i called up She could have told me that there is a waiting time and I could have come later. Even washroom is bad. No feeling of a spa..

NOT RECOMMENDED!! Not worth. No music no candles . Employee was constantly checking time to wrap up early. It felt like some local massage.

Sadly I returned home with huge disappointment. Reason being.... 1. No scented candles/ camphor 2. No relaxing music, I had to play music on my own mobile. Literally felt like I've come to some basic spa which has a single room and a table. 3. (MAIN REASON) Tremendous communication gap between the front desk and masseuse. Front desk agreed for full body massage and head massage+ face scrub, masseuse did only body massage stating front desk only told for body massage. 5. Also no discounts offered neither communicated by front desk I'll say it's average experience at the best. Humble request to other who'll read this.. When you visit them ask front desk to call the masseuse and explain in detail what type of service you have opted for. Note: 2 stars given for - the effort of the masseuse
