I have been a satisfied customer for the past eight months, consistently receiving high-quality service and experiencing a clean and hygienic environment. Specifically, I receive my haircuts from Faizan, who demonstrates meticulous attention to detail in his grooming services.

I had a disappointing experience at the salon due to the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Muskan. When we arrived at 5:20 PM, she was seated and seemed completely uninterested in assisting us. Instead of welcoming us or even addressing our needs, she mentioned that she had an appointment scheduled for 6:30 PM and therefore couldn't accommodate us. While we understand that appointments are important, her dismissive attitude and lack of willingness to even offer an alternative solution were unacceptable. Her tone throughout the conversation was filled with unnecessary attitude, which only added to the unpleasantness of the visit. A professional should manage their time and customers with respect, regardless of their schedule. This experience left us feeling unwelcome and undervalued as customers, and I would not recommend this salon based on such behavior.

I also had a nail session with Monika, and she worked magic on my nails--they look absolutely stunning, just the way a bride would want!
