Shehnaz is a very honest and friendly person. I have been taking her services for the last 7 years and never have i had any issues. Even if it's there, she accepts and takes appropriate steps.

Worst experience ever ,the lady literally burnt my hair and didn't had any courtesy to check on whether it's good later .befor the treatment she made follow up calls whether m coming .however when I was gittery with the treatment she forced me to sit n cover up the damge she did to my hair ,The other lady don't know who was she , started passing comments on my hair that it was already damaged .what an audacity they carry to attack a customer after Playing with their assets and also insulting , humiliating further with their comments .shehnaz kept on commenting that it's due to the previous colour my hair is damaged how on the earth they fool people so openly,be care ful n mindful with such salons and plzzzz don't go attt all they are least bothered for ur services ,money laundering buisness it shud shut down!!!!!!!

Nice haircuting...and all good services provided

I went there for a haircut. They kept me waiting for almost 20-25 mins for their hairdresser and when she finally arrived, she didn't even apologise for coming in late. When she finally started, she scraped my scalp with her sharp nails which was really painful and took me by surprise. Then she started insulting me saying things like you have too much dandruff and you have hairfall, Which shampoo do you use and stuff like that. VERY NAIVE, IMMATURE & UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF WHICH WAS EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT.

Highly recommended this ladies salon. The owner of the saloon very professional and also advance degree in makeup and hairstyle.I'mgoing this saloon more than 7 years. One of the best saloon in panvel

Unhygienic salon and very rude lady. When we entered the salon she didn't even care to welcome us. She claims to have 7 years experience but can't even wax properly. To save her wax she put inadequate amount of wax. A very nosy woman who likes to poke her nose into other people's business. Definitely would not recommend for women!!

This is the best ever beuty parlour I have seen till now, everyone are very nice to coustomer, they have very good skills as I do refer them to everyone, they also have very good offer every time.

They are doing parlour treatment under CCTV Surveillance.... They may / might have trust issues with their staff but because of that why you are playing with clients privacy???
