I visited Ashraf's Salon (Kharghar branch) for a haircut and Botox treatment, but it was a complete disappointment. I asked for a U-cut below shoulder length, but they cut it straight at shoulder length. The worst part was the Botox treatment, it was a total waste! My hair started curling after the first wash itself, lasting less than a week. The staff lacked expertise, and their behavior was unprofessional. I trusted this salon based on positive reviews, but my experience was terrible. Definitely not recommended for any hair treatments.

I recently visited the Kharghar branch of this salon for a haircut and global hair color, and it was an absolute disaster. I specifically asked for a burgundy color, but they ended up coloring my hair brown instead. The hair color was nothing like what I wanted, and to make matters worse, the haircut was even worse. They cut my hair at uneven lengths on both sides, which made it look completely uneven and unprofessional. It was truly the worst experience I've had at a salon. I would not recommend this place for any haircut or hair color. Extremely disappointing!

I have done nanoplastia hair treatment with highlight. In airoli branch They were showing product that use for nanoplastia but inside the bottle different product in there. After treatment they call me washing hair next day that is wrong process and 0% effect on nanoplastia on my hair. When i visited again to show them like no effect of doing the treatment they done it again but still no effect and the time on washing hair they blowdry it and doing straight again but wash hair at home 0% effect of nanoplastia and suffering from hair fall a lot. Beacuse of them my hair is damaged. i am feeling like waste of money. I have to pay again money. Ashraf should know whom to give his franchise. Kindly verify the quality and then give them franchise.. Very bad experience.

A very bad service experience. I went there for nanoplastia. They did not even use iron properly and left patches untreated. The owner is very very rude. If u suggest her that this patch is left she won't listen. They charged extra Money. Earlier they say something different once you take the service they charge more.

I would love to give 0 rating for this salon. I took Botox treatment a week ago and now my hair has become frizY and harsh. Today I went back to the salon to show the same, but the staff denied helping me instead they were asking me to go for another service which I have to pay again. Pathetic service and staff. Ashraf should know whom to give his franchise. Kindly verify the quality and then give them franchise.. Very bad experience

Went for hair color & was suggested for Kera Smoothening as well But surprisingly I'm again in love with my hair & the new treatment Even the service was too good!
