Crowning Glorys

I have been visiting this beauty parlour since almost 8 years. All the services are very nice. I regularly visit for facial and eyebrow by Sarika. Excellent service by her. But unfortunately I visited last week just for eyebrow and the the way I was treated by staff (Seema) is pathetic. She doesn't have manners how to speak to customer. Her bad behaviour doesn't good for future of parlour.

I visited the Crowning Glory for facial.. The staff and their technique of massage is amazing. It was so relaxing. Staff ( Ms. Ritu) is so polite and very nice to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place for all services.

I have been visiting this salon frequently for my eyebrows. For the first time, i got my hair highlights done, but i'm sorry to say that i had such an awful experience there. The staff seemed to have little training and no knowledge about hair highlights. One of the staff members literally washed my hair with cold water, even after I requested for a normal/warm water. The manager/owner of this salon failed to provide a satisfactory result. I complained to her and expressed my disappointment, but she was so reluctant to acknowledge the issue. Instead of resolving or trying to fix it, she kept on saying," Usne wahi colour bola tha, wahi kiya" so unprofessional. This issue could have been resolved simply and quickly, but the owner/manager kept arguing with me. They don't have the proper menu or the list of services with price, staff and manager quotes different prices for the services. I will never visit this salon again.

Visited the salon recently and the precautionary measures taken were impeccable, the staff was very well trained and took all measures necessary. And while the salon has always been one of the cleanest I've been to, they've taken that up a notch as well. Staff was professional and services up to the mark, as always. Overall a very safe and good experience.

Crowning Glorys is a refreshing salon. It has great service. It is aesthetic and a nice place to relax and get your beauty routine done. It is super clean and sanitized. Uses all the prescribed precautions. Offers amazing treatments. I usually go here and I have always had a superb experience.

I've been getting all my hair and beauty treatments done from this place since a very long time. They have always made sure to provide me all the services i need and help me choose the right beauty treatments. Very polite and helpful staff. Clean and spacious place. Excellent service.
