My sis had an amazing experience getting her highlights done by the professionals - Mr. Meraj and Mr.Tabrez at the salon! The color turned out absolutely perfect, just as she imagined--without the need for bleach, which was a huge plus. Despite coming in late, they were incredibly attentive and made sure every step was done meticulously. They even stayed beyond their working hours to ensure she was completely happy with the final result. We truly appreciate their dedication and excellent service. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to get their hair done!

I recently visited Envi Salon and had a wonderful experience! I got a gel nail polish treatment done by Dipali, and she was amazing--very skilled, patient, and paid great attention to detail. The finish was flawless. My mom had the Hair Spa Relaxing service with Amit, who was equally fantastic. He made her feel so relaxed, and her hair felt incredibly soft, smooth, and rejuvenated afterward. The entire staff was warm and professional, and the ambiance was calming and clean. A few months ago, I visited Envi Salon in Seawoods for a gel polish manicure, and unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. The polish application was poorly done, and upon removal, my nails were left in terrible condition. Having had gel polish numerous times before, I know how my natural nails should look afterward, but the technique used at Envi Seawoods was extremely damaging. My nails became so weak that I had to leave them bare for three months to recover. Hoping to avoid a similar experience, I decided to opt for a gel polish pedicure instead, assuming that any imperfections would be less noticeable. Unfortunately, this experience was just as disappointing. Still wanting to give Envi another chance, I visited the Viviana, Thane location, only to be let down yet again. To make matters worse, despite my clear dissatisfaction, neither the manager, receptionist, nor technician made any effort to address my concerns or offer a resolution. I was simply expected to pay for a service that left me extremely disappointed. Seeing the condition of my nails afterward was frustrating and unacceptable. In a professional salon, customer satisfaction should be a priority--not just in terms of meeting expectations but also in ensuring the health of the nails. I had communicated my requirements well in advance, yet they were ignored. A brand like Envi should focus on properly training its staff to ensure that customers receive quality service rather than paying for treatments that cause unnecessary damage.

I & my family had a very nice experience at Envi Seawoods today. Sagar & Imran who did our pedicures today were fantastic. They clearly understood the skin type and suggested Royal detox pedicure which worked very well for us. I would recommend them if you visit this salon next time.

This was our first visit for a haircut for our child. Zubair did a great job not only with his scissors but also with understanding the hairstyling preferences of our teenager. We walk out satisfied and happy. Will return soon. Thank you team.
