Worst service and most expensive parlor I ever visited. I booked an appointment for manicure and pedicure. They literally chopped my toenails without any shape as I was not able to afford ti buy nail cutter so I spent 2100/-Rs in salon to get my nails chopped. One of my toenails started bleeding also. That was hurting me for week. Did not even removed dead skin from my feet, literally applied Vaseline moisture and said your manicure and pedicure is done. So by spending 2100 Rs I was there just to apply Vaseline moisture and came back with bleeding toenails

Did not liked the parlor at all. I spent 4590 rupees for nothing. Visited here for highlighting to my hair. The color suggested by the owner of this parlor wasted my valuable 4-5 hours over here. Took my debit card and swiped bill on my name and charged more than actual amount. Had to visit next day again for same highlighting now my hair looks dangerous. Will never suggest this parlor to anyone in my life.

I have been going to this parlor from a long time since 2007. The only person does everything in proper way is the owner itself. I don't perfer any of her employees doing anything for me. Only trust the owner. Because she knows the proper way to do it. At the star i had allowed few of her employees do cleanup , hair straighting waxing but it was waste of money. Cleanup by her employee was not proper, hair straighting the employee burned my hand, the new employee did hand wax. She did not know how to hold the hand because of which I had marks which i showed the owner. Thereafter I always check if the owner is available in parlour only then i go. Last week I did a temporary hair straighting and it was done by the employee. She is least bothered about customer. I fall sick if I sweat a lot. This female is doing the hair straighting the fan is off the AC is off. I was literally sweating and asked her to turn on the AC. She is NO. Asked her why. She say hair straighting ka jo smoke hai room mai rahega. Aree i was like is she burning my hair jo smoke room mai hojayega bol rahi. Sidha bol deti ussko tandi lagti hai . This employee is just good for chit chat.i am down with fever bcoz i was completely sweating then entire hair straighting. Mujhe garmi nahi jamta. I fall sick soon. I am down with fever my mom is so angry with parlor employee, my mom just wanted to go and yell at her, i had to stop her. I did complaint about this employee to the owner very next day. Request the owner to get professional employee's who values the customer and their money. Owner of parlour is professional and very well trained.

One of worst parlor with uneducated staff. Costliest and useless. If you are planning to visit here you are going to spend alot of money for nothing. Staff is not friendly at all. Worst.
