I've been a regular here for a while now and my experience has always been amazing. The staff here is genuinely kind & welcoming. They understand and listen to my needs and always make sure to cater to it accordingly. They always deliver the best results with such care and attention. I have thick unibrows, but getting them done at Revive is never painful because they do it with such care, and the results always turn out amazing. I absolutely love this salon, the staff, and their services and its my go to now!

I can't speak highly enough of this place Rupali ma'am and her co-workers is the definition of perfection when it comes to haircutting and coloring. I've been getting compliments daily as a result of her work! A special appreciation to Rupali ma'am she's too down to earth and a beautiful soul .. I visited this salon for the second time last Sunday for threading, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. My skin was damaged and wounded during the process, leaving me with painful marks. I repeatedly told the staff that I wanted my eyebrows broad and only needed the extra hairs removed, but my instructions were ignored. The staff, she was very rude and unprofessional, also she turned off the lights immediately after threading. *Now one of my eyebrows is noticeably thicker while the other is too thin* This was particularly disappointing because my 1st experience at this salon was so good. The staff were friendly and did exactly what I wanted, that's why I decided to visit again. Unfortunately, the careless service from the new staff this time left me feeling really disappointed. This was particularly upsetting because I did this for my brother's engagement, a special occasion where I wanted to look my best. I'm truly upset by this.
