Cheap service..they runied my eyebrows..I told them before doing I want broad eyebrows..they said yes..will keep it broad and later did it very thin..also I got injury near both eyes..Will never do eyebrows here again

just now New Cheap services,she did all wax only with 3 strips entire waxing experience is too bad .after waxing still small hairs are there not proper treatment, during wax half of the time she is talking with someone else halftime on phone call . No greetings to client nothing they done ,waste of money spend 400 for hand wax but worst experience

I did my eyebrows and showed them how i want the shape and confirmed if they could do . They said they will do it but instead they made it thin and didn't even give the shape i wanted . On telling her that it is not how i wanted she said rudely that she did it right . Felt like I paid for nothing . Didn't like the behaviour and attitude.

Okay so today I visited this parlour. In Airoli they have two branches. I visited the one which is opposite to Airoli railway station. I had to get my eyebrows done. And there were already two customers Who had Rs.899/- wala package. They ignored me totally. Firstly one didi said wait for sometime. The other one was free for 4 to 5 minutes. She was talking to the second customer regrading her package. She didn't Even looked at me and completely ignored. I asked her ki time lgegaa kya mera sif eyebrow karna hai, she looked at me and ignored again. I felt so insulting. Worst service ever. I will Never visit this parlour again. And also will suggest my friends and relatives to not visit there. Doesn't even Worth one star.

I had upper lip with Rica wax and she has done in such manner that I got injured. There is big mark on my upper lip. Avoid going there. Worst place Very bad Don't have experience

Very Good salon in Airoli, this is the 2nd branch .I used to go to old one since years,N now I visit new branch.very good experience with both the salons ,good staff ,nice service & reasonable rates..
