I am very happy with the hair colour & highlights done by Rafiq today. He showed so much patience to get the desired results considering I did not want to use pre-lightner which meant he had to meticulously color the highlights. Loved the final result. Have been visiting Time Machine for over a decade now...maybe 13 years. There's no one I trust with my curly hair like I do with Shine and her fabulous team. I am always happy after a hair cut here so naturally when I had to get my hair coloured for the first time it has to be here. Have been more than delighted with my highlights. Shine is always ahead of the curve and I feel comfortable trying new hair color styles with her. That apart have recommended her make up services to several brides and they were extremely happy with the looks Shine and team delivered. So all in all...go for it !

Right from my pre-bridal services (hair colour, treatments, mani-pedi, and everything else in between), to my Sangeet, Wedding, and Reception looks, it was a great experience. And not just me, my husband, sister, mom, aunt, and 2 of my best friends also loved getting glammed up by the team! A huge shoutout to Shital (who assisted and co-ordinated with me throughout the pre-bridal and bridal process), Rahul for giving me the perfect balayage and highlights, Meena for making my wedding nails exactly how I wanted (and this was my first time getting extensions!), Sayli for my BOMB sangeet look - the glittery eyes were my absolute favourite, and Shine for the perfect soft glam look on my wedding and reception! I was overwhelmed with the compliments I received on my makeup and I only have Time Machine to thank. (Sorry if I've missed any names!) The team at Time Machine took my vision and made it 10x better. If you're looking for a wedding MUA, leave it to this team to make you look and feel your best on your special day!

I expected a premium experience, but unfortunately, the customer service and overall experience fell far short. The salon lacks a customer-centric approach, with no proper consultation provided before the treatment. It's evident that customer feedback is not taken seriously, as negative reviews here remain unaddressed. Despite a polished aesthetic that gives the illusion of a premium brand, the actual service fails to deliver the value one would expect for such a clientele. As someone who values building long-term relationships, it's disappointing to see them fail on three separate occasions. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to enhance future experiences for others.
