I recently visited here for a manicure, pedicure, and waxing service. Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of expectations, especially given the cost. Firstly, the manicure and pedicure were poorly finished. My nails were left unpolished, with several still broken - defeating the purpose of getting them done in the first place. Additionally, post-treatment, the cream used during the session was not properly washed off, leaving a sticky residue on my hands and legs, which was quite uncomfortable. The underarm waxing was a particularly unpleasant experience. The esthetician's technique was rough to the extent that my skin was torn, resulting in rashes and scarring afterward. This level of carelessness is unacceptable and has caused considerable discomfort. Overall, for a service costing nearly 3,000 INR, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and attention to detail. The experience not only lacked finesse but also raised concerns about the salon's approach to client care and safety. I would not recommend this place based on my recent experience.
