Third class service Request to you all Phaltan city customer please do not go to the Javed habib. Staff service very bad. Staff said please wait 10 minutes but I was waiting almost 1.35 minutes. Wrong commitment to the customer. Javed Habib sir ji request you to kindly took in to matter

Disrespectful behaviour by staff Dear Javed Habib, I am respectful citizen of India. But after visiting your branch from Phaltan city Dist- Satara State-Maharashtra, I literally felt that I am moron or Joker for your employee, because they judge me by my appearance and made my fun. I am not feeling even sorry to say that your company doesn't have any ethics and value for customer. Please take necessary actions against such employee. Otherwise your brand value will be no more in future. Thank you Akash

Pathetic service by this saloon, they use heavy chemical based shampoos and conditioners, they have damaged my hair a lot and I am suffering from lots of hair loss. Advice you all not to visit this saloon or else you will regret for life.

The salon besides this salon something called "chymers" Is the worst. They overprice you and that guy is unprofessional. Worst experience of my life

Overall a great experience, very courtious staff. Top class service.

Just a cheap things and dirty politics. No management no sitting area for the customer. Waiting for such a long my sister didn't got appointment and they told us to wait for long time. No management at all. Change the receptionist. Suggest to visit at local salons atleast there you are treated as a customer and valued .

1. The receptionist are the worst. Lof of partiality. We gone for haircut and the receptionist asked to wait and told that there is some chemical treatment ongoing told us to wait. Even said there is no person in front of you so you will be given next chance to go & stupidly we were waiting outside for a chance for haircut and later after us there were two girls who came after me and even that they were given the first chance for haircut and still we were kept on hold and waiting. So basically it's just a dirty politics where receptionist should be thrown out because only who has great relationship with receptionist will get the first chance any time they come. 2. Even after waiting we got a chance we go inside there was a huge chemical treatment ongoing. The chemical was soo strong even the customers were facing problem to breathe and the funny part was AC were kept off. Just imagine you are in locked room and heavy chemical process is ongoing and AC are kept off. 3. There is no parking for the customer as the parking is full because of the male keeping their bikes outside and having a great talks and enjoying. The customer even don't find space to park . Let me tell you please keep a professional receptionist these two ladies are soo poor in managing the services.
