Worst salon experience of my life. I was wanting to highlight my hair (ONLY ENDS) in brown colour for which Deenar salon owner suggested we will do balayage treatment. I deliberately asked hair texture after the treatment, total treatment time and charges for which answers were hair texture will be natural and more silky, treatment duration would be 1.5-2 hours only and charges would 3500/-(actual rate 5000/- with 30% discount due to women's day offer). After all the discussion she started the treatment and in first application hair color turned out to be light golden and didn't match the expected colour shade. Then "she started applying the hair color again and she applied like more than 2 tubes... When I asked her, she only said that we didn't the expected colour hence she had to reapply the hair color". Due all these repeated steps like reapplication of hair color, multiple times hair washing, hair drying.... My hair turned out very rough (I was not even feeling to touch them, when I touched I was feeling like crying), I started severe headache, treatment time got doubled due to all this. And when I said I'm feeling roughness in my hair she said don't touch your hair we are yet to finish the complete process then she started to smoothen my hair with straighter and then obviously it looked good but I already knew the damage has already happened now and this is just the temporary effect. On top of this she increased the treatment charges to 4000/- saying that she has done the treatment of 8000/- but she is giving me it in 4000/-, Obviously this is all because of the mess she did. On top of this, she made like 2-3 videos of my hair just for the sake of her Instagram updates. So disappointed for the whole experience. Also, I had bad experience for facial and pedicure too , her assistant sprayed toner on my eyes which gave me so much irritation and during pedicure her assistant rubbed the file on my feet so badly that it gave wound and I had to go to doctor and apply cream for a week. When I mentioned her about my pedicure experience of her assistant she started showing her own leg wounds from the same assistant but she didn't bother to say sorry about my bad experience. This salon is only good for eyebrows and upper lips, go for professional salon only for any other services. Fon't fall preyed of her sugar coated words.
