It was my first visit to "Rich look" beauty parlour, and undoubtedly a delighted one. The staff and the owner are humble. Mrs. Saroj(staff) is very expert in her job The head massage and a clean up was very satisfying. I am happy with the services and surely keep visiting to this place again and again. Vaishali is a very sweet lady and she has never disappointed me... she has very good hands on hair cut and trust me without any specific definition she always makes my hair look flawless... all her services are updated and she is a very hardworking woman! I make sure every time I visit Pune I go to her for grooming! She has perfection with all that she does and I am loving it...

Vaishali is so much dedicated for her work. Best thing is she does everything herself. And her aim is "customer's satisfaction". She gives proper time to each customer. Her hair oiling and head message is best. I also did hair highlights from her which turned out Fab.
