Very worst experience. This saloon charges unnecessary charges without giving any prior intimation about haircut. I will suggest not to go to this saloon and waste your money. Please use other brands for hair and other services. Who takes 400 rupees for trimming hair less than an inch ? This is just a loot. Baramati needs other good brands to remove this brand totally.

My name is Kajal Shinde, and I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Javed Habib's Baramati Hair Salon. On the 1st of December 2024, I got my hair colored at the salon for 3,000 rupees. Unfortunately, the entire experience was far from satisfactory. Before the service, I specifically asked if the coloring could be done without bleach, as bleach tends to leave the hair dry and damages it once the color fades. The staff assured me that if the coloring was done without bleach, the color would remain vibrant and not fade. They also mentioned that using bleach would cause the color to fade faster. Trusting their professional advice, I opted for the procedure without bleach. However, within less than a week, the color had faded almost completely. When I returned to the salon to address this issue, I was met with further disappointment. The staff reluctantly agreed to redo my hair, but their approach was careless and unprofessional. They worked hastily, using overly large sections of hair, and failed to provide a hair cap, which caused irritation to the skin around my ears and neck. To make matters worse, they charged me for a hair wash, which I believe was completely unjustified given the circumstances. I had expected far better service from a salon of such repute. Instead, I was left feeling undervalued and dissatisfied as a customer. This experience has not only discouraged me from returning but also compelled me to warn others about the lack of professionalism at your salon. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve your service standards in the future.

Got a global hair color done here. The color didn't even last a month. Very disappointed as they charged for global color that could last around 6 months (they claimed) but got results like using a temporary home hair color. Stop scamming your customers.
