Hi I had a very pathetic experience. I went for a haiwash and blow dry, the girl who washed my hairs didn't even give any massage and didn't even rinsed my hairs properly. Then the another girl who was doing the blow dry just felt she was playing with my hairs she was just moving the dryer up and down and when I told her that my hairs are wavy do it properly so she was very rude to me and said that I am doing in a proper way. The girl didn't even know how to remove the tangles from the hair it was so painful while she was removing the tangles I told her let me do that but she denied. I don't know how people have given so good reviews to this parlour they don't even deserve the 1 star rating. The service and staff everything is pathetic never visit this parlour.
