HERON BEAUTY SALON

Worst salon. I'll never suggest anyone to go here. There were 2 beauticians when I visited this salon, the thin one, talks so non stop and useless and continuously forced to get this service done, that service done. The one I have done was wine facial, god knows why they call it facial, they should call it a clean up, the massage they gave in facial was hardly 5-10 minutes and I've seen no glow or after effect, after that facial. The whole time I was there another 3 4 customers visited and they were forcing everyone to do facial. Overall experience was

Go and get your hairs done without getting stressed....Feel free to get pampered over here as all the services offered are quite affordable, effective and really worth it! Staff is very friendly as well! I cannot find any salon in Pune which is as perfect as this one! So, full 5 stars from me!

EXPENSIVE!!! For haircuts or hairstyle, it's too costly as compared to the after effects. You'll be able to see the results for couple of hours and then it's all back to the same. I know it depends on the hair texture but mine is straight type of hair and still it looked messed up. For upper-lip waxing, you can see the picture attached. My skin is Burned and wasn't done carefully. Regarding the staffs, the owner was quite humble enough to listen to the quieres and guide a proper haircut. Overall, you can have a haircut but don't be longing for their hair setting, 'Cause it's charged too much and the results are temporary.

Must visit for having constant good hair days:) A very friendly staff, I had done my hair spa here and the staff was very careful of the hair pull and the pressure of the massage also about the wash temperature. Avinash has a great skill of cutting hair and does an amazing job of cutting your hair as per your look:) Overall very nice and pleasant experience. I do my each parlour service at the HERON & now at AVINASH parlour as well. But recently i have realised they have lost their perfection in beauty services they provide for example i did my waxing there and today even after 1 month the burns on thighs, hands, wrists, fingers, inner thighs are visible. There is utter chaos going on between the 2 parlours. They lack cleanliness, the towels smell like hell, the beauticians are changing every month. They are not reliable like before, plus pathetic services. All the trainees are learning on us,and ruining our eyebrows, skin ,facial and mental health - i got huge pimples after tan removal treatments. I went to her and said she was like skin heat is been transferred and you might have got pimples from that . Very bad experience from last 4-5 months.

One of the best salon experience, All the services are excellent & recommended for all hair services. Husband & wife duo both are my friends now, since last 4 years, M taking these services without any complaint with amazing experience.
